The road turning left from the 44th km of the Antalya-Kemer highway, located largely within a forested area,
leads to the Ancient City of Phaselis. Phaselis is one of the most interesting archaeological sites in the region, both for its beach and picnic areas and its historical fabric.
The most monumental structure surviving to today is the aqueducts. Water needed by the city was brought from a spring on the northern hill.
